The @mail.konvo.to address every KonvoAI organization gets automatically.
Every KonvoAI organization is created with one email address on KonvoAI's own domain, ready to use immediately:
<random>@mail.konvo.toYou'll find it in Settings → Channels → Email, where you can copy it.
What it's for
- A working inbox out of the box. Anyone who emails this address starts a conversation in KonvoAI — no DNS, no sign-in, nothing to configure.
- The target for email forwarding. When you set up a custom-domain forwarding connection, you forward your own mail into this address. It's the destination you paste into your email provider's forwarding settings.
- A fallback sending address. Until a custom domain is authenticated,
KonvoAI sends replies from this address on your behalf, with
Reply-Toset to your real address so customer replies come back to the right place.
Good to know
It can't be removed
The organization inbox is permanent — it's the backbone of forwarding setup and the reply fallback, so KonvoAI won't let you delete it. The Gmail and custom-domain connections you add yourself can be disconnected at any time.
- No deliverability setup is required.
mail.konvo.tois operated and authenticated by KonvoAI; you never add DNS records for it. - It's not your brand. Replies sent purely from the org address come from
@mail.konvo.to. If you want customers to see your own domain on replies, connect Gmail or a custom domain.
