Drive Konvo from your own AI tools

Konvo runs its own MCP server, so an AI tool you already use can read your inbox and take the actions you would take.

Konvo runs its own MCP server, which means an AI tool you already use, like Claude, can connect to Konvo and work your inbox for you. It reads your conversations and takes the actions you would take, as you, with your permissions.

This is the opposite direction from giving your agent tools. There, you connect Shopify so your Konvo agent can look things up. Here, an outside AI connects to Konvo and does the clicking.

What it can do

Once connected, your AI tool can read your workspaces and conversations, and then:

  • Reply to a conversation
  • Change its status
  • Assign it to someone
  • Snooze it
  • Pin it to the top of a list

Turn it on

Go to Settings > Advanced and enable MCP access for your account.

Copy the connection URL.

Point your AI client at it and sign in. Access goes through OAuth, so no password is pasted anywhere.

This is per person, not per workspace. Enabling it for yourself does not enable it for your team.

What people actually use it for

Not the replying, which Konvo does better. The value is the work that is tedious to do by clicking.

Triage without opening Konvo. Ask what came in overnight and what needs a person, and read a summary instead of scrolling a queue.

Bulk changes in one sentence. "Snooze everything waiting on the carrier until Monday" is one instruction rather than forty clicks.

Pulling support into where you already work. If your day runs through an AI assistant, your inbox becomes one more thing it can act on.

It acts as you

Treat the connection like your own login. Anything your AI tool sends, your customers receive from you, and it appears in your inbox as your reply. If you would not hand someone your password, do not hand them this URL.
